My most vivid memory of Corissa was the day we met. We (The Fire Department) were set to run the concession stand at the Union "Farmer's Day Annual Parade" David, Fae and I had became good friends and Fae told me her Daughter would be coming to help. While setting up I saw her coming, cane in hand, and a smile on her face. She was so eager to "jump right in" and do whatever was ask of her. Her wisecracking personality, and sweet smile made the day just perfect. Right then I knew we needed to be friends. We laughed and joked that whole day and over time, became like best Friends. I will miss her texting updates on her job, pictures of Scooby and everything that made her this "one of a kind", Sweet, loving young lady. May we meet again in Heaven......Shag

Corissa, your light was a very bright one on this Earth. The people that you touched will forever remember you as one of the sweetest, kindest, gentlest young ladies. In spite of all of your earthbound health issues, you still found positivity and you still had that beautiful smile. While our hearts are breaking, I know God welcomed you into his opened arms. Your light will continue to shine here, sweet girl. We love you. Aunt Debbie, Uncle Gregg, Matt and Brent
