Obituary
MIDDLETON - Lee Ann Livingston peacefully passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025, on her 87th birthday. She was born in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of Eugene and Florence (Palecke) Timpe.
She married Canice "Ken" Livingston on August 29, 1959. LeeAnn and Ken lived in the Chicagoland area many years before moving to Ft. Lauderdale in 2012 to be close to their eldest daughter, Shari. After Ken passed away in 2022, LeeAnn made the difficult decision to move back to the Midwest, to be near their other daughter, Christine.
Lee Ann was a devoted mother and loved spending time with her family. They meant everything to her. Even with daughters aged in their 60s, she never stopped being a mom or a friend to them. She and Ken were avid boaters on the Fox River and Chain O’ Lakes in Illinois for 52 years, before moving their treasured boat, Lauderdale Lady, to Florida. Crossword puzzles were also one of her favorite hobbies.
Lee Ann is survived by her two daughters, Christine (John) Strobel and Shari Wilton; and two sisters, Carol Goodwin and Jan Druffel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Canice “Ken" Livingston; parents, Eugene and Florence Timpe; son-in-law, Mark Wilton; and brother-in-law, Edward Druffel.
In keeping with Lee Ann's wishes, no formal service will be held.
