The family would like to give special thanks to the great staff of caregivers at UW Health, especially to Dr. Glenn Liu and Dr. Anthony Serritella, the oncologists who guided us through our darkest days with amazing care. Memorial donations may be made to the Agrace Foundation or Carbone Cancer Center.

Tom was an avid skier, biker and runner and his motto that followed him through life was “Never stop in the middle of the hill.”
