David was a all around good guy in high school, could run a red streak (go Flash) with a football. He was a true soldier and warrior for our country. You will be missed. Good by old friend. Ed Shuttleworth M.D.

Cousin David and I were the same age and he was the closest to being a brother to me since I was an only child.
