STOUGHTON - Juanita Francis Blomstrom, age 80, of Stoughton, passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Skaalen Nursing and Rehab. She was born on September 21, 1944, in Fennimore, Wis., the daughter of Arnold and Juanita (Weldy) Payne.
Juanita graduated from West High School in Madison, Wis., in 1962. She enjoyed the years she spent home raising and caring for her family. In her free time, Juanita enjoyed flowers, dogs, reading and going out to dinner. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. Juanita had a strong faith which guided her through life.
Juanita is survived by her daughters, Anita Blomstrom and Brenda Buxman; son, Todd Blomstrom; grandchildren, Miciah Mills and Katy Mills; sisters, Bonnie Venden and Grace Ann Williams; her former husband, Andrew Blomstrom; as well as other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Connie Worpel.
A private family burial service will take place on September 19, 2025.
