MIDDLETON - Jeanne Rae Fredrickson, age 100, died on Sunday July 26, 2026, at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg. She was born on July 5, 1926, in Dayton, Wis.
Survivors include her children, Kathryn (A.D. “Butch” Horn) of Blacklick, Ohio, David (Deborah) Fredrickson of Middleton and Ellen (Christopher) Acker of Cross Plains; grandchildren, Ryan (Kristen) Horn of Hendersonville, Tenn., Megan (Joesph) Bass of Blacklick, Ohio, Eric (Cristie) Fredrickson of Cross Plains, Nicolas (Christina Davenport) Fredrickson of Verona, Zachary (Tamela) Acker of Whitewater and Kaitlyn Acker of Delavan; great-grandchildren, Aidan, Sydney Bass, Shawn Horn, Leona, Adalena, Elijah Fredrickson, Keegan and Brooks Acker; and other relatives and friends. She further survived by her “unrelated kinfolk,” the knitters and Bob Shaffer. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Warren E. (Fred) Fredrickson.
A memorial service will be held at MIDDLETON COMMUNITY CHURCH, 645 Schewe Road, Middleton, at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026, with Pastor Zayna Thomley presiding. A visitation will take place at the church from 10 a.m. until the start of the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Middleton Community Church. The family of Jeanne would like to sincerely thank the many people at Agrace HospiceCare and especially the staff in the memory care unit for their tremendous care and support of Jeanne and her family.
