Obituary

MONROE - Theresa Wetherwax, age 66, of Monroe, Wis., passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2025, in Oahu, Hawaii.  She was born on July 11, 1959, in Evansville, Wis., the daughter of Robert and Gail Heissner.

Theresa is survived by her mother, Gail Heissner; daughters, Nadia (Kyle Malaney) Riese, Beth (Travis) Disch and Heather (Jason Murray) Riese; love of her life, Evan Hull; sister, Cheryl Northcutt; brothers, Mark (Tammy) Heissner and Sheb Heissner; grandson, Gunnyr; granddaughters, Jenna and Minishka; and great-granddaughter, Evie. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Heissner.

I will always remember we shared a home in WV when our kids were very little. You were the best sister-in-law while it lasted. But even though we parted into different lives; our kids kept us close. RIP Teresa. (Gracie Riese Villanueva) grateful for our past
