This was my nephew Chad loved his mother and father dearly and his best friend my niece Tina. He loved to have a good time and he did. Unfortunately the love that poison took his life. The poison was alcohol Chad we will miss you dearly already. Miss you and I hope you know how much I loved you. I remember the last time I saw you with the big smile protecting your mom And as I left he said i llove you Godspeed always.

Chad was in my mom's life for years, and even though we didn't live together, he was a constant, everyday presence. He was more than just my mom's partner; he was a stepfather in every way that mattered, even if I never said the words out loud. I'll always remember how easily he made friends, his charisma drawing people to him like a magnet. That's how my mom fell in love with her bartender at Unforgettables in Portage – Chad-lee. He taught me so much, and we connected on so many levels. He had this way of making you feel seen and understood. He was kind, he was wonderful, and the impact he had on people was undeniable. Even those who don't know about this loss will feel it, because Chad touched everyone he met. He may be gone, but he'll live on in our hearts forever, a warm and loving memory that time can never fade.
