Danny was our neighbor. I (Josh) did not know him well but knew him enough that he wanted to share with me that he had been working on sobriety, going to church, and was seeking God in his life. I was proud of him for that and he was proud of himself as well. We never judged him because we do not know his full story and I think that is why he sought us out to share his progress. I know he dreamed of doing something special for Brooklyn with his building on Hotel street and said someday he would share and show his vision. I also remember he helped me plow a neighbor's driveway two winters back. He was busy and behind schedule, but he helped me anyway. He also gave our family a slide that we use to this day. Condolences to the family. will see you in heaven Danny. The Kaurich Family
