I feel very privileged to have gotten to know Wally through the Binkowski family and as a neighbor, and have happy memories of many dinners and boat rides with Wally and family. Wally was a great guy, so funny and great to be with! A loving father, husband and grandfather. So grateful he and Jim Yeager were able to support each other through their terrible cancers. Thinking of the Dewey family with tears and love, Mary Yeager.

The more I got to know Walter, the more I saw Walter as a really good man. A man with such a high level of integrity and sincerity. His writings were filled with wisdom and insights.
