I met Kathleen in University League when she was Membership Chair. Her presence lit up the room. She was the consummate hostess welcoming University League newcomers into her home. She made a mean quiche. She was a good friend, had a wonderful sense of humor and gave great hugs! Often when I visited, her sister Maurita was there with Maurita’s granddaughter. What a loving environment! I won’t soon forget, when driving down the hill after a visit to Kathleen, how her dog would chase after my car all the way to the bottom. Kathleen’s memory is indeed for a blessing! Betsy Haimson

Love, laughter, quick to forgive, adventurous, a joy to be around, so many wonderful qualities. We'll miss her greatly. A tree has been planted in Ireland in her memory. Noreen and JB Bancroft
