Obituary
MADISON - Rudy Stucki, age 99, of Madison, passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. He was born on January 26, 1926, in Barneveld, Wis., the son of Alfred and Martha (Kung) Stucki.
Rudy grew up in the Barneveld area and spent his working years as a herdsman in the livestock management industry. In 1951, he married Bonnie Fleury in Madison. He was a member of the Yahara Fishing Club. In addition to his love of hunting and fishing, Rudy enjoyed garage sales, where he was a bargain hunter extraordinaire, puttering in the garage, and hunting trips out West with his son, Steve and his friend, Cal Noggle Jr. He also enjoyed traveling to Switzerland to visit his extended family and he made over 20 fishing trips to Canada.
Rudy is survived by his daughter, Susan J. Stucki; son, Steven Stucki; sister, Mary Duckwitz; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Bonnie; his siblings; and cherished friend, Helen Ritter.
