Obituary

MOUNT HOREB - Victoria L. (Kvernen) Veium, age 76, of Sun Prairie, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025. Vicki was born on February 11, 1949, in Madison.


Vicki loved her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews. She loved to entertain with a special gift of making people smile and laugh.


Vicki is survived by her brothers, Mark (Carol) Kvernen and John Kvernen; and sister, Kathy Kvernen. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Doris Kvernen; brother, Christopher Kvernen; grandparents, Leo and Esther Sutter and Oscar and Sophia Kvernen; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.


A private service will be held with interment at Calvary Cemetery in Mount Horeb. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.

I’ve truly enjoyed the time I spent with Vicki! She would try to put her clothes on and, inevitable, she would start to put them on backwards.
