Although my contacts with Dennis were professional,I really liked him as a professional and friend.He and went to "war" in many many courtrooms as my expert engineer.He was impossible for opposing attorneys to intimidate or to be able to weaken his opinions.My condolences to his family and friends.Atty Robert Habush.

Dennis was a great friend and mentor and we were so fortunate to have him in our lives for over 50 years. We will remember him for his smile and upbeat attitude and we'll cherish all of our wonderful memories, particularly our diving adventures with him. Our sincere condolences to Judy and the entire family.

Dennis and I met when we were both members of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. After graduation we lost touch until a fraternity reunion a few years ago on Lake Mendota. Soon afterwards a confluence of mutual relationships led Dennis, Bob Vig, Chuck Scalia and I to periodically meet for lunch in Fitchburg - two Betas and two Phi Gams with overlapping interests. Coincidentally, 3 of us were of Norwegian heritage and considered Chuck an honorary Norwegian. Dennis has always been a thoughtful and great example of the human race and we will miss him. I am an attorney that worked with Dennis on a number of tractor products liability cases for Kubota and Yanmar. Dennis was always super-prepared when he had to testify and was very quick on his feet when it came to cross examination.
