Nancy, boys and family- I’m so very sad to hear of Doug’s passing, such a good man and dear friend. You know because of the Volkmann connection you were automatically stuck with me as family. I always enjoyed calling Doug up for a round of golf- he was one of the few who was ready to go whenever I would call on a nice day while working at Amfam. My prayers, thoughts, and blessings are with you all. Remember all the good times, and I hope grief and sorrow are a brief visitor in your life. Doug lived a wonderful life, and loved you all so much- boys continue the golf outings like your dad was there- if you need an extra Paul and I could jump in. Here’s a toast to Doug- may the lord welcome you with open arms, I know you’ll make him smile. Kevin Deacon McCarthy
