Obituary
The loved ones of Heather Lickel are heartbroken to announce her passing on April 24, 2025, at Meriter Hospital after a valiant battle with metastatic adrenocortical carcinoma. She was born 52 years ago to Kathleen (Disch) and Fred Lickel.
She was a 1997 graduate of the University of Minnesota. Her career included many vocations and adventures.
She leaves behind her mother, sister Robin, Auntie T, 6 cats and many cherished friends, including Lenore and Jill.
Heather loved Heartland Farm Sanctuary (https://heartlandfarmsanctuary.org/donate/) and we know she would appreciate donations in her memory.
A celebration of life will be held at GUNDERSON STOUGHTON FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 1358 Highway 51 N. at Jackson St., Stoughton, from 12 noon until 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 1, 2025, with a memorial service beginning at 1 p.m.
