Wow what a life your dad had, all the places he went and all the hobbies he had sure helped him fill up those 96 years:). What a beautiful picture of your parents, they look so happy and wonderful together. I remember their old model T and had forgotten about it til I read this obituary, he truly is the only guy I have ever know who had one but I remember how much fun they had driving it. Your dad and my mom were coworkers at Oscar Mayer and I remember once when my mom saw your dad she told me he was one of the nicest guys in the plant. Your parents seemed like compliments of each other and sure raised some great kids! I know the past several years have been rough but by all the people you were able to find to help you fulfill their wish to stay in their home you were able to spread their love around to so many others. I will always remember your parents as very sweet, caring people and will get a smile on my face when I think of them. I am just so sorry you had to lose them so close together. That’s a lot of loss in too short of time.

What a beautiful (Obituary) photo. I remember deceased son Larry from NIichols grade school in Monona many, many years ago. I'll bet Elaine, waiting for her loving husband (Who probably drove through the Pearly Gates in a Model T) Lawrence, are very happy to be reunited with their son Larry.

Larry Moe

My name is Larry Moe. I bowled with Larry for a number of years at Northgate and Dream Lanes and visited with him at the VFW on Cottage Grove Rd. I also am from the Spring Green area, mainly Wyoming Valley, and also graduated from Spring Green High School. Always enjoyed seeing him in his Model A at the Monona Memorial Day Parade and other parades.
