Madison - William J. “Bill” Westby, age 73, of Madison, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2025, at St. Mary's Hospital. He was born on January 9, 1952, in Madison, Wis., the son of Jim and Betty Westby.
Bill is survived by his sister, Susan J. Westby; brother-in-law, John Bartal; nephew, Nicholas Anderson; daughter, Heather; and grandson, Waylon. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Cheryl Westby.
