Marcie M. Acker

Marcie was a wonderful woman. Shannon was my best friend in high school and I was fortunate to be able to spend a lot of time with Marcie and LeRoy. I lived with them my senior year of high school and I am grateful for that time. Marcie was kind, loving, generous, funny and just so much fun to be around. She always made me feel cared about and like part of the family. My prayers go out to LeRoy, Shannon, Brian, Derek, Denise and the rest of the family. ❤️

Marcie was from Roxbury and quite a gal. Always bubbly-and we lived in Roxbury also down the road a bit from St Norbert's church as did Marcie.Thing of her & family and this time MY SYMPATHY

In 1968 the Scherschel family( 9 kids)moved in next to Marcie n Leroy. For over forty years they were loving sharing and caring neighbors.Whenever we had a project going on Marcie would always send Leroy over to offer his guidance n tools. Marcie would walk down the driveway in her long bath robe to retrieve the morning paper. she would glance over to see if Lauretta had opened the blinds signaling all was well.The little things that loving neighbors do..She was an ear to vent too and a shoulder to cry on when mom needed.. our condolences n love Darrell Scherschel

Leroy, Derek and Shannon, we are so sorry to see Marcie’s passing. May she rest in peace. We have many memories, especially of the many years of camping. They were always so much fun. When ever we ran into each other she would always stop and chat with a beautiful smile. She will be missed. Love Rich and Char Leahy
