My family made many trips to Mt. Horeb over the years. It was so much fun visiting grandma Dorothy, Uncle John's family and Kari's family. All the holidays and special events together will be cherished forever. John sure loved his Norwegian heritage and all the Wisconsin sport teams. There were so many times while we would watch a Badger ball game and John would try to get us to try some lutefisk! He really loved his family so much and he always had many funny and interesting stories to share. It truly was and is a blessing and honor to have been a part of John and Dorothy's family.
