Terry P. Wuethrich

COTTAGE GROVE / APPLETON - Terry Wuethrich, 66, beloved father, husband, brother, uncle, and friend, unexpectedly passed away at his home on Saturday, January 18, 2025.

Terry's infectious laugh and boundless love for his children and family will forever be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His warmth, sense of humor, and unwavering support left an indelible mark on the lives he touched. Terry's devotion to those he cared about was evident in everything he did, and his legacy will continue to inspire and comfort us for years to come.

Terry was always uplifting and optimistic and was the best giver of advice. If his kids or wife needed him, he would drop everything and be there. One of his favorite activities was cheering on his children, soccer goalie #12 and defensive end #43. His kids were his everything, and he reminded them daily how much he loved them and how proud he was of them.

Terry graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a Business and Marketing degree in 1980 and always liked to say, “Go Blu Golds.” After college, he chose a career in the moving industry and was an exceptional salesman for 40 years. In 2018, he met his wife, Diane, and they married in January 2022. He retired in early 2020 to enjoy an abundance of relaxation, but he was also able to enjoy many travel adventures in Hawaii, Florida and Alabama with his wife, Diane. He loved his toys, his black Corvette, UTV, and his camper. Terry loved being with family, whether it was a vacation, cookout, or enjoying a sports game. He loved all Wisconsin sports teams and would take any chance he would get to go to a game with his kids.

Terry is survived by his wife, Diane; children, Heather Koba (Zach), Sean Wuethrich (Rachel), Greta West (Ryan) and Gracie Greisinger; Heather and Sean's mother Beth; his sister, Wendy (Daniel) Kierstead; as well as nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mark; and his parents, Carol and Kermit Wuethrich.

A memorial Service will be held at FAITH LUTHERAN CHURCH, 601 E. Glendale Ave., Appleton, at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2025, with Pastor Jim Wiebel presiding. A visitation will be held at the church from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday.

As my dad always said to anyone and everyone, “HeeeeHeeee.”
