Obituary

BLACK EARTH - On Saturday, November 30, 2024, the sparkling evening stars dimmed with the heart breaking death of Tyler T. Reed, age 41, of Mount Horeb. He was born on January 28, 1983, in Beaver Dam, the son of Thomas and Tina (Olson) Reed.

Tyler graduated from Beaver Dam High School with the class of 2001. He met Jenna (Radl) Reed while working at Plastic Ingenuity (PI) in Mazomanie. After several attempts, he finally caught Jenna's attention and they married on September 14, 2019, on the cherished PI hill.

Tyler was a loving husband, devoted father and always willing to lend a helping hand. When family or friends needed their lawns mowed or their driveways plowed, Tyler was there to get the job done with a heartfelt smile.

Tyler truly enjoyed spending time boating and tubing at Grandpa Vince's cabin in Minocqua. He also enjoyed weekend camping adventures, being in the woods savoring the serenity of the outdoors and deer hunting with his daughter, MacKenzie.

Being a genuine animal lover his whole life, Tyler had a heart of gold and unconditional love for the four 4-legged companions they shared. Their precious puppy dogs - Gander, Dexter, Dozer and Brandy have shared countless precious moments together chasing after the four wheeler in the woods, going on camping trips and impatiently waiting for Tyler to come home from work so they could go for a ride. Those special moments will be treasured forever.

Tyler is survived by his devoted wife, Jenna; beautiful daughter, MacKenzie Reed; father, Thomas Reed; brother, Logan (Jess Wilkerson) Schweitzer; paternal grandpa, Vince Reed; mother-in-law, Carla (Jeff) Sailing; father-in-law, Charlie (Linda) Radl; sister-in-law, McKenzie (Sawyer Brandt) Radl; and many other cherished relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Tina Olson; brother, Trever Reed; and paternal grandma, Janet M. Reed.

A celebration of life is being planned for a future date.

The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the Plastic Ingenuity work family for their unconditional love and support.

When I was very little my dad told me that my first word was Dada and he thought that my first word would be something else. I will cherish all the memories that I had with him forever. We did have our up and downs like most father's and daughters have with each other. No matter how much we argued with each other we always loved each other. Even we my dad got annoyed and wouldn't stop asking me if I was okay, I knew that he was always there for me if I needed him or if I just didn't want to talk at the moments. Whenever I was mad at something he would say to me if you need to talk just come up to me and we can talk and yes sometimes he would think that I was mad at him but I really wasn't and he would always ask "what did I do, just talk to me and we will figure this out" and i wasn't mad at him, I either had a bad day or I just wasn't in the mood to talk. My dad wasn't always the best father but he tried to be and I always loved that about he because he tried so hard to cheer me up if I was sad or trying to get me to talk to him even if I didn't feel like talking to anyone. He would always find a way to spend time with me one on one time. He always fine a way to make me talk about what's bothering me and sometimes it was him but I didn't tell him that because I knew he's only bothering me to get be able to spend time with me. No matter how much we argued we always found away to talk it out with each other and it did take a couple hours for us to be able to talk to each other and when we wouldn't talked to each other I would be in my room crying because I care about my dad and I love him and then my dad would come in and say let's talk about it. We never went to bed angry only a couple of times and we didn't talk when we woke up and we both felt bad about not talking to each other and not talking it out before we went to bed. I will always loved my dad and miss him so much
