Obituary

MADISON - Quen Kim Khuu, age 61, of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at Meriter Hospital. He was born on January 20, 1964, in Vietnam, the son of Ngai Khuu and Hai Le.


Quen graduated from West High School in Madison, Wis. He was married to Chau Le on May 27, 2012, in Madison. He worked as a chef for a Chinese restaurant.


Quen was a sports car enthusiast, enjoyed playing guitar and listening to heavy metal music.


Quen is survived by his wife, Chau; son, Christopher Khuu; six sisters, Lang To, Ngoc (husband) Dung Nguyen, Quen (Husband) Anh Tran, Muoi (Husband) Ha Tran, Mali (husband) Thai Tran and Lynda (husband) Bou C. Lay; and one brother, Tien (wife) Lien Tran. He was preceded in death by his parents.


A visitation and traditional Vietnamese ceremony will be held at GUNDERSON CAMACHO MOUNT HOREB FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 500 N. Eighth St., Mount Horeb, from 9:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 3, 2026.
