Hsiu "Peter" Chen

I was saddened to hear about Hsiu Shiung Chen's death. I came across Hsiu's (Peter) obituary Just recently. I remember the Chen family primarily through my working at the state lab with Mei for many years. Lynda and I spent many memorable dinners at the Grand Pagota. Peter would recognize us and usually add delicious extras to our meal, and sometimes Mei would bring leftovers to the lab the next day. We enjoyed social events that allowed us to meet the whole family, although Peter was devoted to the restaurant and usually too busy. I'm so sorry for your loss Mei, and I sure your children and grandchildren will give you comfort. Lynda & Bob Bennin blbennin@tds.net
