LODI - Marie Elizabeth Brisky, age 90, passed away peacefully on Friday, Oct. 4, 2024. She was born on Feb. 18, 1934, in Roxbury, Wis., the daughter of John and Lucille (Pulvermacher) Lochner.
Marie attended Lodi Schools and graduated with the class of 1952. She married William Brisky on June 22, 1954. Marie was employed by the Lodi Good Samaritan for 30+ years. You could always find her enjoying softball games at the park, her grandchildren’s sporting events, and Sunday dinners with the family.
Marie is survived by her daughters, Diane (Scott) Fauerbach, Cheryl (Steve) Brisky, Jean Brisky, Karen (Larry) Brisky, Pat (Eric) Luther and Lisa Brisky; 20 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William; sons, Steve, Keith and Craig Brisky; and her siblings, Ralph, Ray, Henry and Willy Lochner.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. MAXIMILIAN KOLBE PASTORATE AT ST. PATRICK CHURCH, 521 Fair St., Lodi, at 12 noon on Friday, Oct. 11, 2024, with Father Anthony Kersting presiding. Burial will be in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held at GUNDERSON LODI FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 157 S. Main St., Lodi, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024, and again at the church from 11 a.m. until the time of the Mass on Friday.
