LODI - Lydia L. O'Brien, age 93, of Lodi, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Sauk Prairie Health Care.
She was born on November 8, 1930, in Westpoint Township, the daughter of the late Stanley and Marion (Herr) Miller.
Lydia was a 1948 graduate of Lodi High School. On April 22, 1950, she married Robert O'Brien and together they farmed and raised beef cattle. He preceded her in death in 1993.
Lydia was most comfortable on their farm and enjoyed caring for their livestock.
Lydia is survived by her three sisters, Marilyn Schwister, Marjorie Quam, and Mary Jeanne Thompson; and many nieces and nephews.
In honor of her wishes, private family services will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of the donor’s choice.
