MADISON - Michael F. McGill, age 74, of Madison, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2024, at William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital. He was born on Nov. 21, 1949, in Dodgeville, the son of Robert McGill and Marjorie (Trentzsch) McGill.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Beverly (Gordon) Jenkins; brother, Bill McGill; infant sister, Judy McGill; brother-in-law, Jerry Fahey; and parents-in-law, Raymond and Lillian Fahey.

A celebration of life will be organized for a future date.

My favorite memory: Mike and Audrey drove to Pennsylvania to visit our family. When we were saying our good-byes, I told Mike I really liked his jacket. That quick, he took it off and told me I could have it. I tried to give it back , but he would not take it back. He was really that sweet and giving. We wish we could have seen the family more. Hugs and caring thoughts to the family. Jane and Bob Ronyack.
