Obituary

MADISON- Terri Glynn Dobson, of Madison, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2024, at Agrace HospiceCare. Terri was born at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison on a crisp October day.


Terri graduated from Madison East High School and was a fifth generation Madisonian. She was part of the Madison Dempsey Clan and their clan always won the largest clan award in the annual downtown Madison St. Patrick’s Parade and are former Madison Irish Dancers. She loved reading and listening to music. She adored animals, especially her beloved cats, Simon and Sabrina, who will miss her dearly.


Terri is survived by her mother, Sara (Terry) Anderson; sister, Tammi (Ramon) Natera; step-sister, Stefanie Sueltz; step-brother, Jared Anderson; nephew, Tony (Chris) Natera; nieces, Nicolina Natera and Taylor Butler; great-nephews, Gabriel Natera and Rafael Natera; great-niece, Oliviah Natera-Rivers; god mother, Margaret Cass; loads of cousins; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Dick Dobson; step-brother, Patrick Anderson; aunt, Ginny Bonner; and cousin, Shelley Cass.


A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. THOMAS AQUINAS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 602 Everglade Drive, Madison, at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 21, 2024, with Monsignor Jim Gunn presiding.  Burial will be held at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2024, and also at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass on Friday.
 

Memorials may be made to Dane County Humane Society. The family wishes to thank the UW Hospital and Agrace Hospice staff for their wonderful care of Terri. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
