Obituary
MCFARLAND - Richard Lee Robertson, age 83, of Mc Farland, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2024, at Meriter Hospital. He was born on Oct. 23, 1940, in Madison, the son of Milo and Delores (Schuchardt) Robertson.
Richard lived in Monona for the majority of his life and graduated from Monona Grove High School in 1959. He served in the U.S. Army for three years and was stationed in Germany. He worked and retired as a cabinet maker for Westside Cabinet.
Richard loved collecting things and watching "The American Pickers." He considered himself a picker and took great pride in being a collector. Richard loved watching tv, especially senior and women’s golf. Most of all, he loved his family and adored his nieces and nephews. They were a very important part of his life.
Richard is survived by his brother, John (Joan) Robertson of McFarland, Wis.; nieces, Kris (Eric) Zuehlke of Watertown, Wis., Jennifer (Jeffery) Gullickson of Woodbury, Minn., and Amy (Todd) Stennett of West Dundee, Ill.; and 13 great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death his parents; and brother, Dennis Robertson.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
