Wally (Jan), Gail/Dave, Jill, Rebecca and Marci you are in our hearts and prayers with the passing of (cousin) Tim. One of the first memories that popped into my head after hearing this was Tim and I fishing with Grandpa Lybeck. Before we had our drivers licenses Grandpa would pick us up and take us to the McFarland locks or to Cherokee. Those were some wonderful summer days that we could both enjoy with our grandpa. Our deepest sympathy and hugs for you all, Tom and Lisa Lybeck

I retired many years ago from State service and remember Tim well. He was always very pleasant and served his fellow employees so well. I’ve thought about Tim often over the years, and was very sad to read about his passing. He was a good man—kind and dependable. Mary Subkoviak

I worked with Tim for many years at DHS and found him to be always cheerful, helpful, and with a great sense of humor. Any tasks we shared were improved by his presence. Rest in peace, Tim.
