MIDDLETON - Barbara Jean Willett, age 61, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at home. She was born on April 24, 1962, in Dodge County to Clara (Ferrell) and Charles Reynolds.
Barbie graduated from Burlington High School, class of 1980. She married John Willett and together they created their beautiful daughter, Edna Jean.
Barbie worked hard all her life. Every person she met was her friend. Family was very important to her and she called her brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews on a regular basis to make sure everyone was doing okay and to tell them she loved them.
Barbie is survived by her daughter, Edna; sister, Ruth Phillips; two brothers, Bud (Pat) Smith and Michael Reynolds; sisters-in-law, Jackie Reynolds and Missy Reynolds; as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John; brother and sisters-in-law, Fred (Nancy) Ferrell and Thomas (Barb) Reynolds; brothers, Charlie and Pat Reynolds; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Virginia Keehn and Etta (Tom) Colwell.
A celebration of life will be held at Gunderson West Funeral and Cremation Care, 7435 University Ave., Middleton, from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2024. A short prayer service will be held at 3 p.m.
