FITCHBURG - Duc V. Duong, age 67, of Fitchburg, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at home with his loving family by his side. He was born on Dec. 6, 1956, in Vietnam, the son of Huu Duong and Ngan Nguyen.
Duc is survived by his mother; two daughters, Maria T. (Vu Tran) Duong and Ann T. Duong; two sons, Lee H. (Hannah King) Duong and Ben H. Duong; grandchildren, Vincent, Lucas, Penelope and Oliver; sisters and brothers, Ha Duong, Cham Duong, Chich Duong, Dao Duong, Mai Duong, Huong Duong, My Duong, and Thai Duong.
He was respected and loved very dearly by his family and will be in our hearts forever.
A funeral service will be held at Gunderson East Funeral and Cremation Care, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 22, 2024, with the Rev. Monsignor James Gunn officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 12 noon until the time of the service on Friday.
