My grandparents, Louise and MJ Nelson, lived two doors down from Signe’s family, so I knew her during our “growing up” years, when I would visit Viroqua. Later in life (as in “after retirement”) I got reacquainted with Signe through a mutual friend of ours. My sincere condolences to her family and friends!!!
