Mark Joseph Schweiger

“Mr. Schweiger” was always cheering hard for his children… I first remember it in baseball when I was on the opposite squad… I most remember it in basketball, yelling along with Papa Cvikota and Papa Kleibor… for his son and his son’s team to succeed was clear and vocal. I got to know him a bit in a different context as he was at the WAC often when I was working there. He was courteous and always quick to smile. Every life sustains various stanzas… Mark was always kind to me as he’d most often call “Moley”… I’m thankful to have known Mark Schweiger.

Mark and I shared a warm friendship during our days as teaching colleagues at Nathan Hale High School in West Allis, Wisconsin in the early '70's...and I have missed his kind and mirthful presence in my life over all the years since. I will hold him warmly in memory. My sincere sympathy to his family, friends and all who share his loss.

Mark and I were good friends. An old school hot rodder from way back. He always stored his Merc at my place for the winter months. We went to a lot of car shows together over the years. My sympathy to Marsi and Marks family. RIP old friend and cruise on.
