Jan was such a wonderful friend to so many. She always had a warm smile for anyone she met! She’ll be remembered and missed!

I worked with Jan on the Boone High School's Bumble Bee newspaper staff while we both were in 12th grade. She was always fun to work with and I enjoyed kidding with her, too. Such a very likeable person, I remember her well. I knew her husband when I lived in Ames in later years and we send our heart felt condolences to Dale and family at this time of loss. Rest in Peace Jan.

Jan was always a good neighbor. One of the first to welcome us when we first moved into circle. Always smiling and uplifting, she made you feel welcome and happy. We will miss you dearly.
