Rosanne Jacks

Dear Lisa, Dan, Steven and family, Sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. Brings me a lot of fond memories: being such good neighbors and friends. I missed exchanging emails around the holidays this past year. Hope you find comfort in her illustrious life of service and love of family. I am very proud to have been her friend and neighbor, playing golf at Princeton country club.

I have called Rosanne at Christmas time for the past many, many years & am greatly saddened to just learn of her passing. We met in junior high school in 1947 & remained friends throughout these many years. Her dear father delivered my younger brother during the war in 1942 in Fort Wayne, IN. We were Girl Scouts together & went to Camp Logan together at Dewart Lake before her family built their lovely home on Lake Wawasee. We enjoyed Rosanne & Bob when the four of us were near each other in MI and Rosanne & I maintained our friendship as recently as last Christmas. I'm comforted by knowing she & Bob are together again, & it looks like her younger brother as well. Her father was the only OB in Ft. Wayne during the war & worked himself terribly hard & died quite young. Such a fabulous family, all of them. I loved her dear Mother. Namaste Judy A. (Wann) Laslie, MI
