My heart is definitely sad to read of this. I had Mr. McHugh as a block leader. I can still smell the formaldehyde while dissecting animals. LOL! He help paint my new place just 5 short years ago. He, Mr. Martin and Mr. Grieber would ask me to call them by their first names since I'm well into adulthood. Even now, I have a hard time with it. To me it's a sign of respect... and I respect them all so much. Mr McHugh was such a great man. However, I don't need to tell you that. He'll live forever in your hearts with all the memories you've made. And with his wonderful personality, I'm sure you've made many of them. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. ❤❤

I just learned of Mac’s passing. Don was a great friend throughout high school. Whenever our paths crossed time seemed to have stood still. A lot of reminiscing about the good old days!! So many memories of a great guy - athlete - & friend. You will be missed! My prayers and sympathy to the entire McHugh family! George Lax

I graduated from high school with him and just enjoyed knowing him back then. He was a very good athlete and even better ice skater. We all spent a lot of time interacting at the Chilton Youth center back then. He was loved by everyone. I send my sympathy to all of his family.
