MADISON- Richard Emerson Miller, age 78, of Madison, passed away on Friday, Dec. 8, 2023, at St. Mary's Hospital. He was born on Oct. 22, 1945, in Ohio, the son of Robert and Mary Miller.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

I met Richard at the Monona Senior Center when he joined a group of laughing ladies that played canasta every week. At first, we were hesitant to let a “guy” join us. We soon found out, he fit right in and we enjoyed his participation. Rest In Peace, Richard. We will all miss you.
