MADISON - Margaret Rizer, age 96, of Madison, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2023, at St. Mary's Hospital. She was born on June 30, 1927, in Lodi.
Margaret graduated from Lodi High School and was united in marriage to Harold Rizer. She started her career at Rennebohm’s as a waitress and worked her way into food service management.
Margaret enjoyed traveling out west, taking trips to Mackinac Island, Door County and Florida and Nashville, this past September.
Margaret is survived by her daughter, Terri Rizer; grandson, Ben Rizer; granddaughter, Tiffany Rizer; other cousins, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by husband, Harold; and daughter, Dorothy Rizer.
Private family services will be held.
