Obituary
STOUGHTON - Timothy A. Dyreson, age 69, of Stoughton, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023, at Stoughton Hospital. He was born on Oct. 29, 1953, in Stoughton, Wis., the son of Carl Dyreson and Lorraine (Thompson) Dyreson.
Tim graduated from Stoughton High School in 1971. He went on to attend Texas Lutheran College and Southwest Texas State University, graduating with degrees in history and information systems. On Feb. 19, 1977, he married Sharon Lenz Dyreson in Seguin, Texas. Together they raised their family.
Prior to retirement, Tim worked as a software engineer for numerous companies in Texas before relocating to Madison and then to St Paul, Minn.
In his free time, Tim enjoyed watching sports, reading and westerns.
He will be remembered for his caring heart, beautiful blue eyes, sense of humor and love and devotion to his family.
Tim is survived by his wife of 46 years, Sharon; daughter, Jana (Amber) Roeben; sons, Aaron Dyreson and Brock Dyreson; grandson, Beckett Roeben; sisters, Shelley (Keith) Doris and Deb (Gene) Whitford; brothers, Eddie (Gayle) Dyreson and Tommy (Colleen) Dyreson; sister-in-law, Connie Lenz; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his son, Eric Dyreson.
A private family memorial service was held on Monday.
