John "Jack" W Booth

Jack is survived by his sister, Alice, and brothers Dale and Jimmy. Jack also had a stepdaughter, Tanya, and a granddaughter, Shyloh.

Jackie was my nephew but growing up he was 5 months old then me & we fought like brothers, dusted it off and went inside and played with Charlie his pet turtle that I gave him. he had Charlie for almost 25 years. happy memories of Jack Uncle Rusty

Was so sorry of hearing about Jack’s death. Al and I had so many great memories of him. He had a great sense of humor just like his Uncle Al.

I had a dream about Jack he was wearing the hat I got him for his birthday and he was laughing. I will always remember the good times.

I remember all the trips to Madison when I was young to see you guys. Sorry so many years disappeared since then.
