Oscar was so appreciated by so many people in his life for his kindness, humor, consideration, and dedication. I wished we would learn how to celebrate such great people while alive. If like Oscar, they are humble and may not want too much attention and we are unaware of their treasures until we lose them. Mary Gorman

I had the honor of getting to meet Oscar when I worked as the hair dresser at Monona Hills Apartments. He was one of the kindest individuals, always made my day when he would come by to say “hello” . He had a great sense of humor as well. He was all around a really great man ! Rest in peace my friend 🙏
