Roger was one of the first to welcome me to Carnes and he very quickly became my work dad. I enjoyed our daily walks at breaktime together and I was so amused by his "Roger-isms" that I began making a list of his sayings and ended up creating a book with them along with photos one year for his birthday. He was always a good sport about any silliness we got into in our department. And he helped make Carnes feel like part of my family. I will cherish my memories and I wish you all comfort during this difficult time.

The service from your loved one will never be forgotten from the continued memories by you and your family. Keep them in your heart and always cherish the service they provided for all of us to live comfortably and enjoy our beautiful country. Donna, Sara, Mark and Michael and families - Our deepest sympathies to all of you in the loss of Roger. We have such wonderful memories from back in the day in our neighborhood. You guys were the first to welcome us to our neighborhood and continued being great neighbors and friends. We loved walking over and visiting while you sat on your front sidewalk during the summer evenings. Roger was a very kind, caring man and we are blessed to have known him.
