Dear Ross Family, We were greatly saddened to hear about Dean's passing. Linda and I sincerely wish that we could attend his memorial service, but we have a musical event that we are managing at our church this weekend and are hosting a large group of people. It has been a very long time (decades) since we have last seen Dean and all of my cousins. I vividly remember some of the great times we had at the Ross family holiday gatherings in Sun Prairie, and going out to play touch football after a big Thanksgiving feast. Don't forget Diane and Barb eating all of Grandma's blueberry torte! Although we've not been in touch, it appears that Dean and wife, Laurie, have a wonderful family. So glad to see that Dean had developed problem solving & mechanical skills - which I never would have guessed would be a passion of Dean's growing up! We will have all of the Ross family in our prayers and sincerely hope that we can all get together again. Love, Dave & Linda Speidel

I dearly miss seeing Dean each morning when he walked Oliver. He was always such a cheerful man and a joy to visit with or to simply share a wave with from the corner. The neighborhood will not be the same without him. Pam & Loren Asche
