Laura, Try to take one minute, one hour, and (eventually) one day at a time. Whatever you're feeling is what is right for you. Mama's are not supposed to lose their babies. It's not fair. Utilize your support system when/where/how you need it. Max loves you so much and he can feel your love for him. I'm so sorry your time together here on Earth was so brief. Your Teaching & Learning Team loves you and we are all thinking of you!

Andy and Laura, our hearts break for you. The light from Max’s beautiful blue eye’s will live on for anyone that got to know him. As Mitch was building your new home, he got to know Max, and he loved his enthusiasm for what Mitch was doing. Max was a gift to the world, and touched many peoples hearts. I was never fortunate enough to meet Max, but I can tell he was full of life! Laura, I cannot even begin to understand what you are going through right now, but I do know that Max, even with his short time on earth, had one amazing mother! I think about your family often these days and pray for you! Cherish your memories of him and tell lots of stories about him, especially to his sisters!
