Chad was one of the best engineers and employees that I have ever worked with at Dorgan Associates. He created some awesome computer programs and schemes for delivering quality buildings and to maintain the facility with computer assisted programs and field interface with building and manufacture documents. He was wonderful and always pleasant to work with on projects. Bright, happy and lively. He will be missed by many.

To the Family: I only worked with Chad for a little more than a year, but he impacted my life in that very short period of time. His kindness and tremendous work ethic became very evident to me immediately. He was always willing to share his knowledge which showed me he was a man of great character. I am proud to have been one of his buyers at FCDI. My prayers for you will continue in the coming days. You have my deepest sympathies. (Claire Shirley, Greenwood, SC)

I knew Chad only for five years when I came into the family. He was always welcoming and kind. You could tell the love he had for his wife and daughter, family and friends. He was kind and that smile was his best feather. A life lost too soon. I believe God needed another angel and he is now with his father again. RIP, Chad. We will miss you always. Judy

My dearest Chad, thank you for being the best husband and father a stepmother could ask for! I'm sorry we didn't get a chance to spend more time with you and the family, Sometimes we forget very easily how short time is. I will definitely be more involved with Chass and Ava. Kevin and I love you very much! Jeff too!

I had the pleasure of knowing Chad for over 20 years. We either worked together at the same firm(s) or taught together at University of Wisconsin-Madison. Chad had a keen eye for details and was an extremely knowledgeable engineer on many fronts. He also liked to continually learn and helped others to do the same. I also knew him to be a very dedicated family man and clearly loved and cared for his dear wife, Chassidy, and daughter, Ava. Chad would wisely multi-task by investing time in them as they accompanied him to Florida to visit Disney World when he was also scheduled to teach UW-Madison courses in the same area. My hope and prayer is that this is not "Goodbye, Chad," but "see you later in Heaven one day." I am forever grateful for the time and privilege Chad gave me to discuss matters of eternity. May God provide divine comfort to warm the hearts of all of Chad's loved ones here on earth who are missing him at this time. Amen.
