Rachel Cowan Karch

As the supervisor of Rachel' s teachers in Appleton, I have fond memories of Rachel from my many visits to her classroom. She was a wonderful, energetic, kind, loving student who could sing up a storm when she was so inclined. She loved walking about the room and the halls and singing. She was much loved by both her teachers and her classmates. My condolences to the Karch family.
