Winnie, so very sorry for the loss of your husband. My deepest sympathy to you and all your family. When I saw the name Novak in the obituaries this morning, I immediately thought of you, as I do every year at Christmas when I make my turtles in the molds. So many memories from DCA days. I can just picture you enjoying those grandkids and great grandkids. Make more memories with them that they will cherish forever. With love and prayers. Peggy Benson

My fondest memories of Uncle Richard are when visiting in Alabama playing Rummikub with him and Aunt Winnie. I also remember when they lived in McFarland and Gretchen was pretty young, putting her on a snowmobile and she almost went off the side of the driveway, and Uncle Richard thought that was great that she was a daredevil! He laughed, but I didn't! I will miss him terribly!

Winnie, this is Nancy Loehr. We worked together at Employee Benefit plans/DCA in Madison. I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Richard. I remember hearing so much about him. I’m praying for peace, comfort, and strength for you and your family in the days ahead. May you experience God’s presence in beautiful ways. I had no idea you were living in Huntsville, Alabama. We have been living in Huntsville since 2018. May God bless you in abundant ways in the days ahead. Hugs, Nancy
