Matt was accomplished in so many ways, but his greatest accomplishment was being a warrior for the Christ of the Bible, the Gospel of Grace, not human tradition and works, and the divine truth of scripture. To those who don't believe, it is foolishness and to those who add to the Gospel of Grace of devine accomplishment, it is a stumbling block. That is the last message Matt left us in his obituary. I hope all ponder these truths....God's salvation is accomplished by the gift of Grace alone through faith alone, in Christ alone, according to God's inerrant, infallible, and inspired scripture alone, all for the glory of God alone. Well done good and faithful servant. Our deepest condolences to Nancy, Bryan, Daniel, Paul and Alyssa for your earthly loss of Matt, but we know you are comforted by his being with the Savior right now in joyful worship in Gods Kingdom of Heaven.
