Obituary
MADISON- James R. "Chuck" Daggett, age 86, of Madison, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023, at Agrace HospiceCare. He was born on March 7, 1936, in Madison, the son of James and Lula Daggett.
James was a lifelong Madison resident. He graduated from Central High School in 1954 and served in the U.S. Army in Germany from 1955-1957. James was united in marriage to Lois (Burke) Daggett. He worked for the State of Wisconsin for many years until his retirement at the age of 55.
James enjoyed listening to music, watching Brewers baseball, golfing and fishing. He also enjoyed late nights with friends around the neighborhood.
James is survived by his son, Chris (Paula Buvid) Daggett; and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by wife, Lois; parents, James and Lulu; two sisters, Mary and Betty; and brother, Mel.
According to his wishes, there will be no services held.
